CSIAQ0287E - The system cannot process your request because the transaction has been idle for too long

Context: Happened to a user when trying to access Planning Analytics on Cloud. Could happen to anything that uses IBMid for authentication.

Resolution: (per IBM support):

This error is usually because of a saved bookmark that <User> could be using that has expired cookies in it.

Ask user open a new Incognito window and go to the base PAoC URL (eg. https://www.planning-analytics.ibmcloud.com/) instead of the bookmarked URL.
